Sick Note for Work Purposes

In the event that you’ve been unwell, or if a health issue has impacted your capacity to carry out your duties at work, your employer might request a medical certificate as proof of your condition.

Our GPs can supply you with a straightforward, hassle-free medical certificate on the same day. This document will verify your ailment and symptoms, denote whether your condition is persistent and specify any required period of sick leave.

How It Works

At Dr.Online, we aim to make the process of obtaining a medical certificate as straightforward and convenient as possible. Here’s how it works:

• Book an appointment: Select a convenient time for your online video consultation and pay for your appointment.
• Fill in the questionnaire: Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a questionnaire via email. You will need to provide your name, date of birth, email address, details of your medical issue and a photo ID.
• Attend the video consultation: Attend the video consultation at your selected time to discuss your medical issue and condition with one of our GPs.
• Receive your sick note: At Dr.Online, we issue up to 14 days of sickness leave at a time, with a maximum of 28 days. This will verify your ailment and symptoms, denote whether your condition is persistent and specify any required 2period of sick leave.

Our doctors are here to assist you in a swift and hassle-free manner, ensuring you can focus on your recovery.

Please note, this is a private sick note, not an NHS Med3 note. Employers have the right to refuse it. We strongly advise patients to check their workplace’s sickness and absence policy before proceeding.
